How to Flash:
- Download and install Mobile USB Drivers
- Download the flash file from the link and extract it.
- Open the supported Flash Tool, Box setup, or Dongle.
- Select the correct mobile CPU type in the tool and choose the flash file.
- Turn off the mobile and remove the battery.
- Connect the mobile to the computer using a USB data cable and reinsert the battery.
- Press and hold the mobile boot key (if required).
- Click on “Flash” and wait until the flashing process completes.
- After completion, remove the USB cable and power on the device.
- Done — your device has been successfully flashed.
Backup:
If you are about to flash or install the above firmware on your device, then make sure to take a backup. Flashing or installing firmware may wipe all the data from your device.
How To flash MediaTek (MTK) scatter file With SP flash tool
Step 1 : Install the drivers on the computer.
Step 2: Switch off the mobile.
Step 3: Extract the Stock ROM and SP Flash Tool folder. Where you want to save. Open the SP Tool and run Sptool.exe as the Administrator.
Step 4: Select the Scatter-Loading option. The tool asks you the location of the scatter file in the computer. It will found in the extracted Stock ROM folder. Go to the ROM folder. Click on the file “Android_scatter_emmc.txt” which is the stock Rom scatter file.
Step 5: Select the firmware upgrade from the drop-down menu. Click on Download. Connect the phone to the computer via USB cable.
Step 6: Select Download in the SP tool for download the ROM on Elephone G5.
Step 7: SP Tool auto-detect the mobile and the process will start. Finish the flashing process of Elephone G5.
Step 8: Now start downloading the Stock Rom in the mobile by flashing. A green ring will appear after the process complete. Disconnect the updated phone.
